Return and refund policy
Our goal is to achieve customer satisfaction with their purchase but for any reason, If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving the order. You will be refunded for the amount paid for the product, excluding any shipping costs.
If you are unable to return within 30 days of receiving the product then your product is not eligible for returns.
Email our customer service at email@example.com with your Order ID and reason to return your product. Attach purchase receipt as proof of purchase. On the subject line mention “Return/Refund” with Order ID.
Then we will provide you with the proper instructions and the address. Expect Our response with in 48 hours.
Custom order Returns
Custom orders, unfortunately, cannot be returned as it is custom made for you. We have strict quality control to make sure the quality of the product is not compromised.
We make sure to verify and review order details with the customer, to avoid any misunderstanding.
Once an item is received, Refund will be applied within 14 days of receiving it.
